  • How long does an interior detail take?

    Timing depends on your package and your vehicle's current condition. Our Clarity package usually takes two to three hours, while the more thorough Prestige package can take four to six hours to complete properly. We always give you an accurate time estimate once we see your vehicle's condition in person. 

  • Can you remove pet hair and stubborn stains?

    Our shampoo and carpet extraction process is built to tackle ground-in pet hair, spills, and stains. Extremely set-in stains may take extra time, and we will let you know what to expect once we see your vehicle in person. If a stain needs extra attention, we will let you know before moving forward with additional treatment. 

  • Do I need to be present during the appointment?

    As long as we have access to your vehicle and a nearby water source, you are welcome to go about your day while we work. Many clients simply leave keys with us and head inside. Just let us know ahead of time if pets, small children, or extra items will be in the vehicle. 

  • How often should I get my interior detailed?

    It depends on how you use your vehicle day to day. Families and commuters often benefit from a detail every three to four months, while lighter use may only need attention twice a year.
